2 new dining concepts coming to west St. Louis County

TOWN AND COUNTRY, MO. – Two new dining concepts have signed leases to open a retail space in Town & Country.

Wild Crush will “bring the winery concept to town,” said Delsing, adding that the wine bar will offer self-service wine vending machines where customers can choose between a sample, half a glass or a full glass from the table. Pre-packaged foods, which often come with sausage boards, are also available.

Wild Crush plans to occupy 1,800 square feet, and Cleaver & Cocktail will be nearly 5,000 square feet.

Del Pietro and Doherty, partners behind The Block at Webster Groves and 58Hundred, did not respond to a request for comment for more details on Cleaver & Cocktail.
