Ballpark Village St. Louis announces plans for Cardinals season

Ballpark Village offers a variety of dining options for Cardinals fans wishing to attend game day downtown, including ticketed and reservation-only seating

ST. LOUIS – In a month’s time, fans will be reoccupying (some) seats at Busch Stadium after the Cardinals announced a plan to safely allow the crowd to play ball games. For those unable to secure a seat in the stadium, there are a few options across the street.

Ballpark Village has announced its plans for Cardinals fans who want to attend game day downtown. The venue plans to offer several options to soak up the baseball atmosphere, including tickets and seating for reservations only.

Starting with the Cardinals’ home opening game on April 8, 2021, the Ballpark Village will have open spaces in the following areas:

  • Fox Sports Midwest Live! (Reservation needed)
  • Sports & social
  • Cardinals Nation
  • The ox at Live! by Loews
  • The common Credit Union Plaza
  • Budweiser Brew House rooftop terrace (reservation required)

Ballpark Village officials have made various changes to ensure the safety of guests and staff. These include requiring masks when not eating or drinking, setting tables, and reducing capacity.

In the pre-COVID-19 era, Ballpark Village was full of fans cheering for the Cardinals. As this cannot be done with certainty yet, the organizers have introduced a reservation system in order to occupy seats during the main season.

Venues that require reservations / tickets:

Budweiser Brew House rooftop Bud Deck

The roof terrace across from Busch offers a direct view of the baseball stadium. Ballpark Village offers 100 seat tickets for each game leading up to the all-star break. Tickets are only sold in groups of two or four people. Packages range from $ 20 to $ 120 per person based on the opposing team, day of the week, and ticket package options. Fans can purchase all-inclusive packages or a seat-only ticket with optional upgrades.

The Ballpark Village venue has a huge 40-foot LED wall with television screens. Reservations for the opening day are valid either for the pregame session (12 p.m. to 2 p.m.) or for the game time (2:30 p.m. – end of the game). Tickets are sold as tables for two to ten people at a price of $ 40 per seat. The fee serves each guest as a credit for food and drinks on their daily bill.

Ballpark Village said it was encouraging to make reservations throughout the baseball season. Unreserved seats are offered subject to availability. For more information or to make a reservation, visit
