University City, Missouri (KMOV.com) police said a fatal shooting of a doctor outside a Brentwood, Missouri hotel and a 70-year-old University City woman may have been implicated.

A large case team is investigating late Saturday night after a town and country man was found dead in a hotel parking lot in Brentwood.

Stanley and Barbara Goodkin listened to the recording in a car on Delmar’s 8200 block at around 10:50 p.m. Saturday. Stanley then took her to the hospital. Barbara was shot in the head and died in the hospital. Stanley suffered a life-threatening injury.

Police ID woman, 70, killed in college shootings

University City is stepping up patrols on Delmar Boulevard after a 70-year-old woman was killed in two gunshots late Saturday night.

In less than an hour, police said, Dr. Sergizakarev of Town and Country shot dead in front of Eger Road and the Drury Inn in Brentwood. The officers are looking for a small silver / metallic SUV or car that may have been involved in both shootings. The car was captured on a surveillance video. The police are now saying that there is no motive or no connection between the two victims.
