Fawley Bryant Completes Batting Tunnel for the St. Louis Cardinals

Sarasota-based Fawley Bryant Architecture recently completed the design and construction of a 9,307-square-foot impact tunnel for the St. Louis Cardinals at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida. The project served as a catalyst for upcoming improvements, additions and renovations to the Cardinals Spring Training Complex, which is also directed by Fawley Bryant Architecture. The collaboration is the latest addition to Fawley Bryant’s growing sports portfolio, which includes projects with the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates and Miami Marlins baseball teams, as well as Gatorade. Under Armour, PBR Sports Performance, IMG Academy, Prince Tennis and Binghamton University.

The project scope has been designed to provide convenience and accessibility. It included the construction of three beating tunnels and an adjoining structure to accommodate toilets, storage rooms, a car washing area, a water and ice pharmacy and an A / V room for video coaching.
