Rapper Nelly lists abandoned St. Louis mansion at $600G on Zillow
Jon Staff, CEO of Getaway, explains his start-up, which offers small cubicles to help customers break away from technology and escape into nature.
There is some rural glamor to this villa.
Nelly, born in Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., lists his Wildwood, Missouri mansion, which has been vacant for nearly two decades, for just $ 600,000.
The 46-year-old rapper originally bought the house in 2002 in hopes of turning it around, but it appears that just like the property, the project has been abandoned.

Nelly, who grew up in and around St. Louis, was planning to remodel the residence with a friend of a contractor, TMZ reported. Instead, the planned renovations never went as intended. The house has been in a dilapidated state for several years.

The rapper “Ride wit Me” hopes at this point just to reduce his losses and to move on from the investment. The house went to market on Thursday.
Before Nelly bought the property, it was listed for a whopping $ 2,499,000. However, it is not clear how much the entertainer paid for it.
Built in 1998, the property is 30 miles from St. Louis and minutes from the Hidden Valley ski area in the nearby town of Eureka.
The six bedroom, seven bathroom home sits on 12 acres and is 10,799 square feet.

The house has a private basketball court, a three-car garage, views of the Meramec Valley and plenty of recreational space.
The interior features a grand entrance, open floor plan, and sky-high ceilings. The house was designed as a palatial Tuscan style mansion and there are several rooms with private balconies.
One thing is certain: anyone who snaps this property has a lot of work to do to fix it.
