St. Louis Weather Forecast Shows that Hope Is On the Way

The St. Louis weather has been a big, long, miserable experience lately, but the forecast shows hope is on the way.

Sub-zero wind chill has combined with piles of snow to make this February especially unbearable. We are in the middle of a long period of sub-freezing temperatures every day, but that is about to change very soon.

The bursting of pipes, shoveling sidewalks and the constant dripping of the faucet will soon be behind us as not only are we expected to hit temperatures above freezing this Saturday, but we will also see some temperatures passing by for spring next week would, even if it were, weren’t that hell out there right now.

Instead of single-digit temperatures, we’ll be taking off all of our swimsuits next week, as the forecast currently calls for a high of 52 degrees Fahrenheit on Tuesday and sunshine for at least three days in a row.

We just have to make it through one more round of snow coming through tonight and tomorrow and then that long freeze begins to thaw. Finally.

Dolly Parton always says that if you want the rainbow, you have to put up with the rain. But in our case here in the Midwest, if you want summer you’ll have to put up with this cold, stupid crap.

Stay home if you can and stay safe. I’ll see you on the other side, St. Louis.
